A fun couple of hours with friends and new friends, starting with an hour of Pilates suitable for everyone. Bring a mat or grab a chair to discover the new flexible you!  Then have a glass or two of bubbles and a few snacks on the terrace overlooking the rooftops of Chipping Sodbury.  Part of the joining fee will be going to Muscular Dystrophy and MS charities which are causes close to our hearts.
